He /She Should be able to handle various academic affairs, exercise administrative responsibility for academic matters including development of the curriculum, scheduling of courses and examinations, implementing academic rules, providing academic advice to students, and supporting faculty research. He/She should possess the ability to work well under pressure, have good social and communication skills, be a methodical and logical thinker and be patient and attentive to detail.
