Job Description

The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to enable cascading of the organization strategy to the different functions that the Deputy Dean is responsible for. The incumbent accomplishes the above objective by providing his/her consulting expertise where required by various functions, plans their individual business/operational roadmap with appropriate checkpoints. S/he receives the data pertaining to the implementation of these plans/roadmaps at the predetermined check points, analyzes these data and furnishes the analysis in form of reports to the Deputy Dean for update and monitoring progress.

The incumbent is responsible for managing the scheduled progress review meetings between the Deputy Dean and the departments under his supervision.

The incumbent is also expected to set the stage for establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders impacting the larger purpose of the institution. In this context, the incumbent liaisons with different industry associations for setting up fruitful interactions/meetings for the Deputy Dean which are aimed at establishing & strengthening brand building for the institute.

The jobholder will report to the Deputy Dean of Hyderabad campus.

Post Graduation – MBA/PGDM School & Graduation – Any Graduate.
